- Strong locational qualities with significant visibility, easy access, located along traffic corridors.
Property submissions should include the following:
- Location of the property (including radius map, aerial photograph, site map, and plat map)
- Description of the property (including physical address, tax assessor identification number(s), land area, size of improvements, age, condition, unit mix, unit sizes, interior improvements, amenities, and utility responsibilities)
- Financial data (including current rent roll, previous year and year-to-date operating statements, occupancy history, capital improvements history, and existing financing information if pertinent.
- Asking terms (including price and closing schedule)
- Your contact information (including name, address, telephone number, fax number, cellular/mobile number, and e-mail address)
DEVELOP: Development Acquisition Criteria
- 200 units minimum. No maximum.
- 40,000 sqft (.92 acres) minimum. No Maximum.
- Property types include raw land or property already improved as multi-family, retail, commercial, industrial, agricultural, or special purpose.
- Strong locational qualities with significant visibility, easy access, and located along traffic corridors.
- Development densities ranging from garden communities at 16 units per acre to mid-rise with retail mixed-use component at up to 110 units per acre to infill high rise at over 210 units per acre
Property submissions should include the following:
- Location of the property (including radius map, aerial photograph, site map, and plat map)
- Description of the property (including physical address, tax assessor identification number(s), land area, size of any improvements, current use, and zoning data)
- List of due diligence information available upon request (such as a preliminary title report, ALTA survey, topographic survey, environmental survey, geotechnological survey, traffic study, etc.)
- Asking terms (including price and closing schedule)
